Australian Native Food Festival
Share in the food, culture and knowledge of First Nations cuisine at this 2-day festival. See live cooking demonstrations from celebrated chefs and browse market stalls of food, drink, beauty and wellness products.
Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September
Sydney Contemporary
Expect 100 galleries from 9 countries coming together for Australia’s biggest contemporary art fair. Explore large-scale installations, talks, live performances, presentations and works from more than 500 artists all in one place.
3 to 6 September
Jurassic Lounge
This museum party for grown-ups will have you dancing among the dinosaurs, peeping drag performances between exhibitions and being blown away by a science show with a spooky twist. Get dressed in your freaky and fabulous best and you could a win a prize for your costume.
Saturday 26 September
Wild Things International Kids Festival
Stories, workshops and interactive experiences from around the world land at the Sydney Opera House, just in time for the spring school holidays. Explore, create and play in the free outdoor playground filled with giant swings and surprise performances.
